We're happy to accept returns and exchanges made within 14 days of receipt of your order, but to keep things a simple for everyone, have you asked your teammates if they would like your Cleatskins? If so, they could simply place an order for your correct size/color and you can trade. Easy Peasy!! If that does not work for you, our Returns, refunds, and exchange procedures are as follows:
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds back to the payment method originally provided upon receipt of the item(s) in unused, resalable condition. To initiate a refund, contact us at https://cleatskins.com/pages/contact with your order #, reason for return, and the tracking number from the shipper of your choice so that we can be on the lookout for the shipment and process ASAP.

To initiate an exchange, safely pack and ship the unwanted item(s) to:

Share your Order #, the tracking number of the unwanted item(s) package, the size and color that you want instead, and the address of where you want them shipped. Upon receipt of the item(s) in unused, resalable condition we will ship your replacement item(s).
