How do I find the right size for my Cleatskins?
Cleatskins are not the same size as your standard shoe size, so it is important you reference our size charts. Please note, there is a unique size chart for Soccer cleats. Sizing information can be found by clicking the Sizing Chart link to the left
I forgot my password. How can I get into My Account?
Click here to request your username and password. It will be e-mailed to the email address entered in your account profile.
I would like to change my address/password/user information. How can I do this?
Simply log in then click on My Account and Profile.
How do I let Cleatskins know about my new e-mail address?
Simply log in then click on My Account and click Profile. Here you will see an e-mail address field. Enter your new e-mail address and click Update.
How do I cancel my subscription to the newsletter?
Log in then click on My Account and Edit Profile. You will see a checkbox for the Newsletter. Simply uncheck and you will be unsubscribed within 5 business days. Also, there is always a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of every newsletter.
Are all these items in stock?
Yes, all items online are available in stock and ready to ship to your location.
Do I have to pay online?
No, simply call us at 877-677-9895 9am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. We will be happy to take your order over the phone.
How much is shipping?
We offer Free Ground Shipping on ALL orders in the 48 contiguous states until December 31, 2008.
For Alaska and Hawaii, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on our carrier rate. You will have the opportunity to review and adjust prior to confirming your order.
Next Day: In order to offer you the best possible rate, your Next Day rate will be calculated based on your zip code. You will have the opportunity to review and adjust prior to confirming your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We are proud to offer international shipping through FedEx.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of the transaction.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
For your quick receipt, orders are processed real time and cannot be changed once submitted. Please review carefully prior to submitting.
How can I check on an order?
Simply log in then click on My Account, log in and click on Orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will leave the warehouse within 2 business days. Shipping time is dependent upon which shipping option you select and your location.
When will my order leave your distribution center?
Provided we have no issues with processing your payment, your order will ship within two (2) business days.
What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation?
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted, as well as an e-mail to confirm that your order has been shipped. Please make sure that these e-mails have not been automatically routed to your Junk Mail folder.
If you still cannot find the e-mail in your inbox or Junk Mail folder, log in and click My Account. Click Orders to view the status of your order and click Profile to ensure we have your correct e-mail address.
I placed an order and just realized that I entered my e-mail address incorrectly. Will I receive my order confirmation e-mail?
The order confirmation e-mail is automatically generated, so Cleatskins will not be able to resend it; however, if you log in then click My Account, you can view your order status as well as click on Profile to update your e-mail address.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, at this time we only ship to the 50 United States. However, please visit www.shoebuy.com to purchase internationally.
Do you ship to APO/FPO address?
Yes, we are proud to ship to our military overseas.
On what days do you ship items?
For all Web orders, regardless of shipping method, we ship out on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas.
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
No, we do not offer Saturday deliveries at this time.
Do you offer Sunday deliveries?
No, deliveries are not available on Sundays.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it or return it, simply return the item to us within 30 days of the purchase date in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed condition for an exchange or refund. If it is an exchange, please include the specifications of the new Cleatskins you would like including size and color.
For a limited time only, we are offering free shipping on returns and exchanges as well.

Do Cleatskins™ let me run as fast on pavement as I can with cleats on grass?
It’s true! Cleatskins are designed to protect athletes against slips and falls on solid and slippery
surfaces while wearing their cleats. Cleatskins also protect cleats from wear and tear, as well as protecting floors and carpets from cleat damage. While Cleatskins do offer added traction and safety, we still recommend caution anytime you’re in motion on pavement or any other surface, for that matter.
How do I put Cleatskins on my cleats?
Cleatskins are designed for a very snug and secure fit. They are easiest to put on while you are wearing your cleats. First, slide the toe of your cleated shoe all the way into the end of the toe of the Cleatskins. Next, grab the bottom of the Cleatskins heel in the palm of your opposite hand, grasping the bottom of the heel while you stretch the bottom of the Cleatskins back and over the heel of your cleated shoe. (The bottom instep area is designed to be the stretchiest part, so this is the portion of the shoe you want to stretch while getting them over your cleats.) Why don’t my cleats fit into my Cleatskins even though they’re supposed to be my size?
If this has happened to you, please be sure to read the directions above. However, If it’s still difficult to get your Cleatskins over your cleats, try folding down the back half of the Cleatskins heel, so it’s folded inside out in half, before stretching your Cleatskins over your cleated shoe. Sometimes this helps ease the heel of your cleated shoe past the special “grips” on the inside of the Cleatskins heel. If this still doesn’t work, Cleatskins will exchange your Cleatskins for a larger size. See “Exchanges” at the bottom of this page. Please note that some cleated shoes are extra wide (i.e. turf and a few other wide bottomed styles) and may not fit perfectly into Cleatskins.
Wouldn’t it be easier for me to buy a much bigger size Cleatskins so I wouldn’t have to stretch them to get them on my cleats?
Cleatskins work so well because they are very snug and secure. We would not recommend wearing Cleatskins which were anything less than snug.
What is the easiest way to take off my Cleatskins?
Grasp the tab at the back of the heel and roll the heel of the Cleatskins backward and down.
I lost one of my Cleatskins, do you sell them in lefts or rights?
We only sell Cleatskins in pairs. Next time, try using the band attached to the package as a way to keep both Cleatskins together in your athletic bag.
I see the color I want on your site but it is not at the retailer I use, is there a way I can get them?
Try one of the other retailers on the list. If you can’t find a color listed on our website, give us a call and we will attempt to help you find them.
My team would love to buy a certain color but you don’t seem to currently offer it, could you make it for us?
Let us know by email. Using the contact information listed on the site. It is possible that color is about to be released. Dependent upon the number of calls we receive about certain colors, we could decide to offer those colors rather quickly.
How do I clean my Cleatskins?
Cleatskins are washable and can even be thrown into the washing machine. Make certain to air dry them as the heat of the dryer can damage your Cleatskins.
When should I replace my Cleatskins?
Cleatskins are specifically designed to be very durable. Replace your Cleatskins when you have outgrown them and they no longer fit properly.
Will Cleatskins leave marks on the floor?
Cleatskins are of non-marking material.
